Manage vendor performance and contract negotiations **Position: Procurement Manager** Industry Type: Oil \& Gas / Energy / EPC Projects Location: Doha, Qatar **Role Summary** The Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the end\-to\-end procurement function within the organization’s oil \& gas operations. The role ensures cost\-effective sourcing, timely delivery of materials and services, supplier performance management, and compliance with corporate governance and industry standards. **Key Objectives** · Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality and compliance standards. · Ensure timely availability of materials and services for operations and projects. · Develop and maintain a strong vendor base aligned with technical and commercial requirements. · Implement strategic procurement practices to improve efficiency and reduce risk. · Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations and international procurement standards. **Key Responsibilities** · Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business requirements. · Lead sourcing for materials, equipment, and services. · Manage vendor evaluation, audits, and performance reviews. · Handle contract negotiation and SLA management. · Oversee RFQ/RFP, tendering, and purchase order processes. · Ensure compliance with procurement policies and HSE standards. · Coordinate with engineering, finance, and project teams. · Prepare procurement reports and performance dashboards. **Required Qualifications** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
