Key role in contract administration and supplier management **Job Summary:** We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, cost control, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and supplier management for construction and fit\-out projects. **Responsibilities** * Prepare quantity take\-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates from drawings. * Manage project cost control, budgets, and commercial activities. * Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports. * Assess variations, claims, and change orders. * Prepare and review interim payment applications and subcontractor payments. * Source suppliers, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders. * Monitor material procurement, delivery schedules, and project requirements. * Support contract administration and procurement activities. * Prepare commercial reports, cost analyses, and project documentation. * Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure timely procurement and cost control. * Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and quality standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * 10–12years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, and Commercial Management within the construction or fit\-out industry. * Strong knowledge of quantity take\-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, contract administration, and procurement processes. * Experience evaluating subcontractor claims, quotations, and payment applications. * Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD. * Experience with FIDIC contracts is an advantage. * GCC/Qatar experience is mandatory. * Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
