Drive operational improvements and business growth **Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager** **Location: Doha, Qatar** We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead high\-performing teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations * Lead and manage Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. * Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence. * Supervise, coach, and develop restaurant staff. * Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, and overall profitability. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. * Drive operational improvements and business growth. **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role. * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, inventory management, and cost control. * Fluent in Arabic and English. * Arab nationals preferred. * Immediate joiners are preferred. **What We Offer** Competitive salary package, career growth opportunities, and a professional and supportive work environment. **How to Apply** Please send your updated CV to careers.qatarvg@gmail.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
