Summary: This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the Qatar market. Highlights: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse customers Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Qatar market. * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research. * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and SME customers. * Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. * Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations. * Understand customer requirements and propose suitable ICT, ELV, and Cyber Security solutions. * Coordinate with technical and presales teams to prepare proposals, BOQs, and quotations. * Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities. * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools. * Follow up on quotations, proposals, and payment collections. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. * Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate business opportunities. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention. * Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
