The successful candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding clients' immigration requirements, promoting our consultancy services, and converting prospective clients into successful customers. This is a **sales\-focused consulting role** requiring excellent communication, persuasion, follow\-up, and relationship\-building skills. Key Responsibilities * Respond to and follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. * Understand clients' requirements, goals, and eligibility for immigration and consultancy services. * Explain available services, procedures, documentation requirements, and applicable processes clearly to clients. * Promote and sell the company's immigration and consultancy services. * Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve assigned monthly targets. * Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospective and existing clients. * Build strong and professional relationships with clients. * Handle client questions and objections confidently and professionally. * Maintain accurate records of leads, follow\-ups, and sales activities. * Coordinate with the relevant internal team to ensure a smooth client experience. * Stay updated on company services and relevant immigration/consultancy information. * Prepare regular sales and client follow\-up reports. Requirements * Previous experience in sales, tele\-sales, customer service, immigration consultancy, or a related field is preferred. * Experience in immigration sales or consultancy will be an advantage. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. * Confident and professional telephone manner. * Ability to work with leads and meet monthly sales targets. * Customer\-focused, energetic, and self\-motivated personality. * Good follow\-up and relationship\-management skills. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Candidates who are comfortable working in a target\-driven environment are encouraged to apply.
