




Job Summary: A sales professional responsible for developing and expanding industrial ink sales and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Achieving sales targets and increasing market share **Job Objective** Responsible for developing and expanding sales of industrial inks used in printing on plastic and paper substrates; building long-term relationships with existing and new customers; and providing appropriate technical and commercial solutions to achieve sales targets and increase the company's market share. **Main Responsibilities: Business & Sales Development** * Identifying new customers in the printing, packaging, flexible packaging, corrugated board, and label sectors. * Achieving monthly and annual sales targets set by management. * Preparing and implementing regular customer visit plans. * Delivering technical and commercial presentations and negotiating contracts and pricing. * Following up on customer inquiries and converting them into tangible sales opportunities. **Customer Management** * Building strong and sustainable relationships with existing and potential customers. * Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing complaints in coordination with technical departments. * Providing necessary support to customers regarding product usage and applications. **Technical Support & Coordination** * Coordinating with production and laboratory departments to ensure customer requirements are met. * Understanding customers’ technical needs related to plastic and paper printing inks. * Monitoring customer trials of new products and providing feedback to management. **Reporting & Analysis** * Preparing periodic reports on sales, customer visits, and business opportunities. * Following up on financial collections in coordination with the finance department. * Monitoring the market and analyzing competitors and emerging trends in the ink and packaging industry. **Required Qualifications** * A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Prior experience in industrial ink sales or printing and packaging materials is preferred. * Proficiency in English and Arabic. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. **Required Experience** * Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience within Qatar. * Prior experience in one or more of the following fields is preferred: * Industrial printing inks. * Packaging and printing materials. * Industrial chemicals. * Plastic films (BOPP, PET, PE). * Printing, packaging, and labeling products. **Skills & Competencies** * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. * Ability to build relationships and manage customers. * Presentation and communication skills. * Ability to understand technical aspects of products. * Planning, organization, and follow-up skills. * Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
