Strong leadership skills and hands-on construction experience We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Foreman to oversee daily construction operations, manage site workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands\-on construction experience in Qatar or the GCC. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce * Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules * Monitor site safety and enforce HSE regulations * Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers * Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site * Report progress, delays, and issues to management * Ensure quality control and proper workmanship * Maintain site records and daily reports **Requirements:** * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2–3 years as a foreman * Experience in Qatar or GCC projects preferred * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards * Ability to read and interpret drawings * Good leadership and communication skills * Basic English required; Arabic is a plus * Valid QID (Qatar ID) and transferable visa preferred * Must be fluent in Arabic Job Type: Full\-time Experience: * Foreman: 3 years (Required) Language: * Arabic (Required) Work Location: In person
