This role combines clinical expertise, client care excellence, and team mentorship to ensure exceptional service standards and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Provide expert\-level massage therapy services, utilizing advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, and other specialized therapeutic modalities to address complex client needs. * Conduct thorough client consultations and assessments to develop customized treatment plans that support individual wellness and rehabilitation goals. * Monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes. * Mentor, train, and support junior massage therapists, fostering professional growth, skill development, and adherence to best practices. * Assist management with staff scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, and quality assurance initiatives. * Oversee the daily operations of the massage therapy department, ensuring compliance with service standards, hygiene protocols, safety requirements, and organizational policies. * Lead by example in maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and client\-centered care. * Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, treatment challenges, and service\-related issues to maintain a positive client experience. * Effectively manage and resolve team conflicts, promoting a collaborative, supportive, and solution\-oriented work environment. * Apply strong analytical and critical\-thinking skills to evaluate complex client conditions and recommend appropriate treatment strategies. * Ensure consistent delivery of high\-quality services by monitoring performance standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. * Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards. * Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals through leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
