Opportunity to design and implement sustainability programs * Manage the LEED performance requirement (Energy, Water, Waste, Transportation and Human Experience) needed to maintain the LEED Certificate * Implement the operation and maintenance works in accordance with the submitted proposed methodology, procedures, logs and plans to LEED performance requirements, such as but not limited to * Using TSE for irrigation system * Using Low water consumption sanitary fixture * Follow measurement and verification plan * Energy consumption * Material replacement * Responsible for all actions and procedures to be performed such as the verification, documentation, uploading and inspections to USGBC during the contract period in order to ensure LEED certificate requirement * Bachelors degree in sustainability, environmental, engineering, or another related field * Green building accreditation LEED USGBC, GSAS * 5 years of successful sustainability program design and implementation * Experience in developing presentation material * Available in Doha for an interview Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
