They act as the primary liaison between diners and the kitchen, manage table cleanliness, and maintain excellent customer service. Core Responsibilities * **Guest Relations:** Welcome customers warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus. * **Order Taking:** Answer menu questions, offer recommendations, and relay accurate orders to kitchen and bar staff using POS systems. * **Service Delivery:** Serve food and drinks promptly, refill beverages, and check in to ensure guest satisfaction. * **Payment Processing:** Prepare and deliver bills, handle cash/credit transactions, and process payments accurately. * **Maintenance:** Clear tables, reset dining areas, and strictly adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulation.
