Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health and safety regulations. **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented **Warehouse Manager** to oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, leading the warehouse team, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock replenishment. * Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. * Ensure inventory accuracy through routine monitoring and reconciliation. * Verify incoming deliveries, inspect product quality, and report any discrepancies or damaged goods. * Ensure proper storage of all products in accordance with FIFO/FEFO principles, temperature requirements, and food safety standards. * Coordinate deliveries and logistics between suppliers, warehouses, and operational departments. * Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff while monitoring performance and productivity. * Monitor warehouse KPIs, control costs, reduce losses, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with HACCP, health and safety regulations, company policies, and security procedures. * Work closely with Purchasing, Finance, Kitchen, and other operational teams to ensure smooth operations. **Requirements** * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in the hospitality, catering, food \& beverage, or a similar industry. * Strong knowledge of inventory management, receiving, storage, distribution, and warehouse operations. * Good understanding of **FIFO/FEFO**, HACCP, food safety standards, and temperature\-controlled storage. * Experience using inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs), stock transfers, and inventory reporting. * Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with Purchasing, Finance, Kitchen, suppliers, and other operational departments. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * **Good command of English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.** * Candidates currently residing in **Qatar** are preferred. Pay: From QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
