We are seeking an experienced Wireless Network Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of our high\-density Wi\-Fi networks and wireless infrastructure. In this role, you will conduct RF site surveys, design enterprise\-grade WLAN architectures, manage wireless controllers, and troubleshoot complex RF interference issues to ensure maximum network performance, coverage, and uptime. **Key Responsibilities** * Wireless Architecture \& Design: Design, plan, and deploy scalable indoor and outdoor Wi\-Fi networks (Wi\-Fi 6/6E/7\) tailored for high\-density environments and enterprise clients. * RF Site Surveys \& Planning: Perform predictive, active, and passive site surveys using industry tools (Ekahau, Hamina) to optimize access point placement, channel planning, and coverage maps. * Network Operations \& Optimization: Configure, manage, and maintain wireless LAN controllers (WLCs), access points (APs), RADIUS/802\.1X authentication systems, and captive portals. * Troubleshooting \& RF Analysis: Perform spectrum analysis, identify and mitigate sources of RF interference, resolve client roaming friction, and eliminate coverage dead zones. * Security \& Performance Compliance: Enforce wireless security standards (WPA3, 802\.11i, rogue AP detection) and monitor WLAN health metrics to maintain strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). **Requirements** * 3\+ years of hands\-on experience as a Wireless Network Engineer or WLAN Specialist in enterprise or ISP environments. * Deep knowledge of 802\.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be), RF fundamentals (attenuation, SNR, antenna patterns), and IP networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS). * Hands\-on proficiency with wireless site survey tools (Ekahau AI Pro, Sidekick, Wireshark) and enterprise WLAN vendors (Cisco Catalyst/Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus, or Ubiquiti). * Strong understanding of 802\.1X authentication, WPA3, EAP types, and NAC integrations. * Industry certifications such as CWNA, CWDP, CCNP Enterprise (Wireless), or Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) are strongly preferred. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary package \+ performance bonuses * Comprehensive health, dental, and medical coverage * Professional development allowance for wireless certifications (CWNP/Cisco) and lab equipment * Flexible working options and modern engineering tools الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٤٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
