




**Job Title:** **Sales Engineer – Architectural / Fit\-Out** **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time **License Requirement:** Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory) **Job Overview** We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled **Sales Engineer – Architectural / Fit\-Out** to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in architectural products, interior fit\-out solutions, and construction materials sales. This role requires strong client relationship management, project\-based sales expertise, and the ability to drive revenue growth in the construction and fit\-out sectors. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain strong relationships with **consultants, architects, contractors, and developers**. * Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified project leads. * Prepare and deliver compelling **technical presentations** to clients. * Coordinate with **design, estimation, and technical teams** to prepare quotations and proposals. * Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and follow up on project progress. * Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company sales targets. * Close sales effectively and ensure smooth handover to the operations team. * Provide post\-sales support to ensure complete client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate and updated sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Architecture**, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in architectural, fit\-out, or construction material sales (Qatar market preferred). * Strong understanding of **construction drawings, materials, finishes, and project workflows**. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key client portfolios. * Must hold a **valid Qatar Driving License**.
