Work in a structured business services and energy support environment. **About the Role:** Deep Shores Energy Services WLL is looking for an organised and dependable **Administrative Operations Supervisor** to join our team in Doha, Ad Dawhah. This role is ideal for someone who can oversee daily administrative activities, support office operations, coordinate internal processes, and help ensure smooth communication between departments. As an Administrative Operations Supervisor, you will help manage office workflows, guide administrative staff, maintain records, support reporting, and coordinate operational needs across teams. You should be detail\-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a structured business services and energy support environment. **Key Responsibilities:** **Daily Administration Supervision:** Oversee daily office administration activities, ensuring tasks, records, schedules, and internal requests are handled accurately and on time. **Team Coordination:** Support administrative staff with daily assignments, workload planning, follow\-ups, and performance expectations. **Office Operations Support:** Coordinate office supplies, documentation, meeting arrangements, visitor handling, internal communication, and general operational needs. **Record Management:** Maintain accurate files, reports, staff records, invoices, purchase requests, correspondence, and administrative logs. **Reporting and Updates:** Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports for management review. **Process Coordination:** Support improvements in office procedures, document flow, approval tracking, and internal service requests. **Department Communication:** Work closely with operations, finance, HR, procurement, customer service, and management teams to support smooth workflow. **Problem Resolution:** Help resolve administrative delays, documentation issues, scheduling conflicts, and office support concerns in a timely and professional manner. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** Previous experience in administration, office operations, business services, facilities support, procurement support, or team supervision is preferred. **Leadership Skills:** Able to guide administrative staff, manage daily priorities, assign tasks, and maintain professional workplace standards. **Organisation Skills:** Strong ability to manage records, reports, schedules, documents, and multiple requests at the same time. **Communication:** Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, visitors, and management professionally. **Attention to Detail:** Able to review documents, reports, records, invoices, and requests accurately. **Problem\-Solving:** Able to handle delays, missing information, workflow issues, and administrative concerns calmly and effectively. **Computer Skills:** Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, document management tools, reports, and basic office software. **Mindset:** Reliable, practical, detail\-oriented, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
