The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong market knowledge. **Key Responsibilities** * Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties * Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients * Negotiate prices and terms to ensure successful deals * Build and maintain long\-term client relationships * Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements * Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with relevant parties * Represent the company professionally at all times **Requirements** * **Valid Qatar driver’s license and access to a car (mandatory)** * Proven experience in real estate or strong sales background (preferred) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and meet targets * Good knowledge of the Qatar real estate market (a plus) * Professional appearance and customer\-oriented mindset * Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage **Compensation** * **50% commission** on every successful deal you close * High earning potential based on performance Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, New grad Pay: From QAR3,000\.00 per month
