Advise senior management on compliance matters and mitigation strategies Job Summary Dangkkk LLC is seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented Compliance Director to lead and oversee the company’s compliance programs, regulatory obligations, and internal governance practices. The ideal candidate will ensure the organization operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while supporting ethical business operations across all departments. Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and maintain company\-wide compliance policies and procedures * Monitor regulatory developments and ensure organizational compliance with local and international standards * Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews * Advise senior management on compliance\-related matters and mitigation strategies * Lead investigations into compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions * Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, and operational teams to maintain regulatory adherence * Prepare compliance reports and documentation for executive leadership * Deliver compliance training and awareness programs for employees Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum 5\+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs * Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity * Experience in the GCC region is preferred Preferred Skills * Leadership and team management abilities * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills * Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure * Knowledge of compliance monitoring systems and reporting tools Work Location Lusail, Marina District, Tower 45, Lusail, Doha How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through Indeed with an updated CV and relevant supporting documents. الراتب المدفوع: QAR٥٢٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
