With years of industry experience, the company is known for delivering high\-quality workmanship, reliable project management, and customer\-focused solutions. **What You’ll Do:** * Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure work progresses according to plans and schedules. * Supervise workers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards. * Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. * Monitor project timelines, materials, and equipment usage. * Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers. * Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays. * Maintain accurate records of work progress, incidents, and site activities. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment. * Report project updates, risks, and concerns to management. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or vocational/technical training (Engineering or related field is a plus). * Proven experience in construction or site supervision. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. * Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. * Physically fit and willing to work on\-site. * Reliable, organized, and detail\-oriented. * Willing to work on a shifting schedule if required. **Nice to Have:** * NC II (Construction\-related certification). * Experience managing construction teams or projects. * Basic knowledge of project management tools. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package. * Government\-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag\-IBIG). * 13th month pay. * Overtime pay. * Opportunities for career growth and promotion. * Supportive and professional work environment.
