Summary: Seeking an F&B Cost Controller to manage financial oversight, inventory, and procurement, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Highlights: 1. Implement waste control and ensure system and audit compliance **Key Responsibilities1\. Cost Monitoring \& Analysis** * Track daily food and beverage costs and compare with budget/targets * Analyze variances and identify cost\-saving opportunities * Prepare cost reports (daily, weekly, monthly) **2\. Inventory Management** * Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly) * Monitor stock movement, wastage, and spoilage * Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) * Investigate discrepancies between physical and system inventory **3\. Recipe \& Menu Costing** * Prepare and update standard recipe costing * Calculate food cost percentage per item * Suggest pricing strategies based on cost and market trends **4\. Procurement \& Supplier Control** * Verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes * Compare supplier prices and ensure cost competitiveness * Coordinate with procurement for best pricing and quality **5\. System \& Reporting (Odoo or ERP)** * Maintain accurate data in ERP system (e.g., Odoo) * Generate inventory and cost reports from the system * Ensure all transactions are properly recorded **6\. Waste \& Loss Control** * Monitor kitchen wastage and implement reduction strategies * Identify theft, pilferage, or inefficiencies * Recommend corrective actions **7\.
