Engage with contract, procurement, and finance teams for commercial closure Drawlines Engineering Consult is looking for **Electrical QS** with experience in large scale projects. **Location:** Lusail Circuit **Project duration:** 3 months **Requirements:** · 5–8 years of experience in Electrical Quantity Surveying. · Previous experience in project closeout/final account activities is mandatory. · Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ reconciliation, and commercial documentation. · Experience in large\-scale construction projects preferred. · Immediate availability preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** · Finalization of electrical quantities, measurements, and final accounts. · Review, reconciliation, and closure of variations, claims, and payment certifications. · Settlement of subcontractor and supplier final accounts. · Preparation and submission of project closeout commercial documentation. · Coordination with project, contracts, procurement, and finance teams for commercial closure. · Support audit requirements and document archiving related to project completion.
