Coordinate with departments to understand business requirements Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced F\&O Dynamics ERP Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (F\&O). The candidate will work closely with business departments to improve operational efficiency, manage ERP projects, and ensure smooth system performance. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (F\&O) ERP system. * Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, integrations, and customization projects. * Coordinate with finance, operations, procurement, HR, and other departments to understand business requirements. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot ERP\-related issues. * Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within the ERP environment. * Manage user access, training, and technical support. * Work with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams. * Prepare system reports and support business decision\-making. * Develop and maintain ERP documentation, workflows, and procedures. * Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budgets. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. * Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (F\&O). * Strong knowledge of ERP implementation and business processes. * Experience in finance, supply chain, inventory, or operations modules. * Excellent project management and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and leadership abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and teams. Preferred Qualifications: * Microsoft Dynamics certifications are preferred. * Experience in ERP integrations and reporting tools. * Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or related technologies is an advantage. Experience: * 5\+ years of ERP management experience. * 3\+ years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F\&O. Pay: QAR8,000\.00 \- QAR15,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
