Key Responsibilities: Finance Operations Ownership: Manage day\-to\-day finance operations, including invoicing, payment tracking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial documentation. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular financial reports, review spending trends, monitor cash flow, and provide clear updates to senior management. Budget and Cost Control: Support budget planning, track expenses, review supplier costs, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency. Compliance Support: Maintain accurate financial records and support internal controls, audit preparation, tax documentation, and company compliance requirements. Team Coordination: Work closely with administration, operations, external accountants, suppliers, and management to ensure financial activities are completed accurately and on time. Process Improvement: Review existing finance workflows and introduce practical improvements that reduce errors, improve reporting, and strengthen financial control. Stakeholder Management: Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, internal teams, and senior leaders regarding payments, billing issues, financial reports, and operational priorities. **What We Are Looking For:** Experience: 5\+ years in finance operations, accounting, financial administration, business services, or a similar role, with at least 1\-2 years in a supervisory or management position.
