Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions Job Summary: We are urgently hiring **Shell Approved HSE Officers** for a short\-term project in **Ras Laffan, Qatar**. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and site safety standards in an Oil \& Gas environment. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with project HSE standards and Shell requirements * Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions * Support PTW system implementation and monitoring * Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site briefings * Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions * Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices * Maintain HSE documentation and reports as required Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification * Minimum **4–5 years** experience in **Oil \& Gas projects** * **Shell Approval is mandatory** * Must be available to join immediately * Candidates must be locally available in Qatar * Must hold **freelance visa with valid QID** Work Location: In person
