You will be responsible for delivering high\-quality training sessions to employees or students, focusing on supply chain management, warehousing, and transportation best practices. The ideal candidate has deep industry expertise and a passion for professional development. Key Responsibilities Deliver Training: Conduct interactive training sessions on core logistics topics (e.g., inventory management, freight forwarding, last\-mile delivery, and safety compliance). Curriculum Development: Update and customize training materials, presentations, and hand\-outs to meet current industry standards. Performance Tracking: Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback. Industry Alignment: Ensure all training content aligns with the latest logistics technology (WMS, ERP) and regulatory requirements. Qualifications \& Skills Experience: Minimum of \[X] years in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Communication: Strong public speaking and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite. Certification: (Optional) APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or a formal teaching certification is a plus.
