Utilize advanced photography and videography skills We are looking for a skilled and creative **Photographer / Videographer** to join our team and produce premium visual content that showcases our luxury real estate portfolio and brand. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Capture high\-end interior, exterior, and architectural photography. \- Produce cinematic property videos and virtual\-style property tours. \- Create engaging Reels, TikTok videos, and social media content. \- Manage the complete post\-production and editing process, from footage selection to final delivery. \- Develop creative visual concepts that enhance property marketing and brand positioning. \- Ensure all content maintains a premium, consistent, and professional visual standard. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience in luxury real estate, architecture, hospitality, or a related industry. \- Strong photography and videography skills with a professional portfolio. \- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or other professional editing tools. \- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera techniques, color grading, and storytelling. \- Ability to create content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms. \- Creative, detail\-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV and portfolio link to: **carreliz.magbanua@alqasrgroup.com** Please include “Photographer / Videographer – Application” in the subject line.
