The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed\-use properties to ensure optimal operational, financial, and commercial performance. The role focuses on maximizing asset value, maintaining high occupancy and tenant satisfaction, overseeing property operations, and building strong relationships with property owners while ensuring the portfolio meets the company's financial and service objectives. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day\-to\-day performance of an assigned portfolio of properties. * Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, acting as their primary point of contact. * Ensure properties are operated and maintained in accordance with company standards and service level agreements. * Monitor portfolio occupancy, lease renewals, tenant retention, and rental income performance. * Review property financial performance, operating expenses, rent collections, arrears, and budget variances, and recommend corrective actions where required. * Prepare and present regular portfolio performance reports to management and property owners. * Work closely with the Leasing team to minimize vacancies and maximize revenue opportunities. * Coordinate with Facilities Management to ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ensure prompt resolution of tenant and owner concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Monitor contractor and vendor performance to ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency. * Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans for assigned properties. * Ensure compliance with lease agreements, company policies, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. * Identify operational and financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. * Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all property management systems. * Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and portfolio profitability. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field. Experience * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in property, portfolio, or asset management within the real estate industry. * Strong knowledge of property operations, financial management, leasing, and client relationship management.
