Promote and maintain a strong HSE culture Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Pre\-Commissioning Supervisor – Piping** to oversee and coordinate piping pre\-commissioning activities and ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion in accordance with project specifications and procedures. **Position:** Pre\-Commissioning Supervisor – Piping **Location:** Qatar – Ras Laffan **Duration:** 6 Months, Extendable **Industry:** Oil \& Gas Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate piping pre\-commissioning activities. * Review project engineering, technical, and SHES documentation. * Prepare **Method Statements, JSA’s, work packs, schedules, and resource plans**. * Identify required tools, test equipment, temporary facilities, consumables, and third\-party services. * Coordinate with the Completions team for system/sub\-system population and handover. * Participate in constructability reviews and support effective pre\-commissioning and handover. * Ensure all pre\-commissioning documentation and data comply with project requirements. * Monitor progress and prepare regular status and progress reports. * Promote and maintain a strong **HSE culture** within the pre\-commissioning team. Requirements * Minimum **7 years of relevant experience** in a similar pre\-commissioning position. * Oil \& Gas experience preferred. * **Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering**. * Strong piping pre\-commissioning and handover experience. * Good command of **written and spoken English**. * **Qatar / Ras Laffan experience is preferred**. Candidates with relevant Oil \& Gas pre\-commissioning experience are encouraged to apply, with preference given to candidates currently based in Qatar and available on a freelance basis.
