Focus on building projects and contract administration **Hiring: Quantity Surveyor Engineer** We are looking for a highly experienced **Quantity Surveyor Engineer** to join our team in Qatar. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized university. * Master's Degree in a relevant discipline will be an advantage. * MRICS or equivalent professional qualification is preferred. * **15–20 years of post\-graduate experience.** * Proven experience in **building projects**. * Strong background in **contracts management**, including contractual claims and dispute resolution. * Experience with **FIDIC** and Government contract forms. * Familiarity with **Design\-Bid\-Build, Design \& Build, and Supervision Consultant contracts**. * Experience in procurement management, tendering procedures, and contract administration. * Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams. * Strong computer skills related to quantity surveying and commercial management. * **UPDA/MME Grade A – Mandatory.** * **Previous PWA (Ashghal) Approval – (If Any).** * Experience in Qatar and/or the GCC region is highly preferred.
