Utilize strong conflict resolution and budgeting acumen A Real Estate Executive / Manager /Supervisor oversees property operations, portfolios, or sales teams to maximize asset value, drive performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities span daily site operations, staff leadership, tenant relations, financial budgeting, and vendor coordination. Core Responsibilities * **Operations \& Oversight:** Direct daily property or team activities, inspect physical assets, and enforce safety or building codes. * **Staff Management:** Supervise, train, and schedule leasing agents, maintenance crews, or administrative personnel. * **Financial Administration:** Track rent collections, manage operating budgets, and prepare financial performance reports. * **Tenant \& Client Relations:** Resolve escalated complaints, handle lease negotiations, and maintain high occupancy rates. * **Vendor Coordination:** Hire and manage external contractors for repairs, landscaping, and capital improvements. Key Qualifications * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. * **Experience:** 2 to 5\+ years of industry experience, with increasing leadership or supervisory weight depending on portfolio scale. * **Skills:** Strong conflict resolution, budgeting acumen, team leadership, and proficiency in property management software * **Certifications:** Credentials like Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Estate Broker licenses are strong assets * **Preferred Male \& Arabic Speaker.** Pay: From QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
