This role is ideal for a technically minded professional with experience in project\-based B2B sales in engineering or construction sectors. The Sales Engineer will identify new business opportunities, manage client accounts, prepare proposals, and drive project\-based sales from lead generation to contract closure. Frequent site and client visits require a valid Qatar driving license. **Responsibilities** * Generate and develop new project\-based sales opportunities within construction, MEP, industrial, and engineering sectors * Visit clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements and present technical solutions * Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs * Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and operations teams to deliver precise quotations * Build and maintain long\-term client relationships to ensure repeat business * Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities * Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis * Maintain detailed records of sales activity, client communications, and project pipelines in CRM systems * Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field * **2–5 years** of B2B sales experience in Qatar, preferably in technical, engineering, or construction industries * Strong understanding of engineering or technical products and solutions * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools * Self\-motivated and able to manage multiple client accounts independently * **Valid Qatar driving license – Mandatory** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
