Qualifications \& Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Ministry of Municipality Grade A registration (mandatory). 15\+ years’ experience in consultancy on infrastructure projects. Strong experience with FIDIC contracts and claims management. MRICS or equivalent professional membership preferred. Proficient in commercial, financial, and reporting tools.
