**Senior Quantity Surveyor**
**Location:** Lusail
**Contract Duration:** 3–6 months (extendable)
Working Hours: 10Hrs/ 6 Days
**Job Description:**
Manage all commercial aspects, ensuring cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and variation orders.
* Evaluate subcontractor payments, process invoices, and manage final accounts.
* Conduct cost analysis and monthly financial forecasting.
* Manage contractual claims, disputes, and risk.
* Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field; MRICS or equivalent is a plus.
* 10\+ years experience, 5\+ in a senior role on high\-rise/complex projects.
* Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local laws.
* Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
