Professional work environment with career growth opportunities Job Overview We are a leading **Grade A Contracting Company** in Qatar seeking an experienced **Stakeholder Engineer / Permit Coordinator** to join our team for a major **Kahramaa Potable Water Transmission Pipeline Project**. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing permits, authority approvals, stakeholder coordination, and interface management activities required for the successful execution of potable water transmission pipeline and associated infrastructure works. The ideal candidate should have experience in permit coordination, authority approvals, and stakeholder management for infrastructure or utility projects in Qatar. Candidates with previous **Kahramaa and infrastructure pipeline project experience in Qatar** will be given priority. Key Responsibilities * Obtain and manage all required permits from **Kahramaa and relevant authorities**. * Coordinate approvals for **road opening, excavation, and utility works**. * Manage coordination with **Kahramaa, QatarEnergy, Qatar Rail, Ashghal, and Environmental Authorities**. * Ensure compliance with permit conditions and authority regulations. * Maintain permit registers, approval trackers, and permit\-related documentation. * Liaise with stakeholders and support project interface management activities. Qualifications \& Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum **2\-4 years of experience** in stakeholder coordination, permit management, or infrastructure projects. * Experience in obtaining permits and approvals for utility, pipeline, or infrastructure works in Qatar. * Strong knowledge of authority coordination processes and permit requirements. * Previous experience with **Kahramaa projects in Qatar** is highly preferred. * Good understanding of Qatar infrastructure projects and government authority requirements. * Excellent communication, coordination, documentation, and follow\-up skills.
