Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams **Job Overview** We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging **Technical Trainer** to design and deliver high\-quality training programs for employees, clients, or partners. This role is responsible for simplifying complex technical concepts, improving user competency, and ensuring effective adoption of systems, tools, or products. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs (in\-person and virtual) * Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and e\-learning modules * Assess training needs and tailor programs to different audiences * Conduct onboarding and continuous learning sessions for staff or clients * Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics * Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and industry trends * Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams to align training content * Provide hands\-on demonstrations and technical support during training sessions * Maintain training records, schedules, and documentation * Continuously improve training methods and materials **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Education, or related field * At least **2–5 years of experience** in technical training, teaching, or a similar role * Strong understanding of technical concepts (software, systems, or tools relevant to your industry) * Experience in instructional design and curriculum development * Proficiency in presentation tools and e\-learning platforms * Excellent communication and facilitation skills * Strong problem\-solving and analytical abilities Pay: QAR25,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
