Liaise with attorneys, agents, and government trademark offices **Trademark Coordinator** **USPTO Trade\-Marked LLC (Branch) – Lusail, Qatar** **Position Overview** The Trademark Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration, filing, monitoring, and maintenance of trademark applications and registrations across multiple jurisdictions. This role ensures accurate handling of intellectual property documentation, coordination with legal teams, and compliance with trademark laws and USPTO\-aligned procedures. The position serves as a key liaison between internal departments, external counsel, and regulatory authorities. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end trademark filing processes, including preparation, submission, and tracking of applications. * Coordinate trademark searches, clearance reports, and preliminary risk assessments. * Maintain and update trademark databases and docketing systems with high accuracy. * Monitor application deadlines, renewal dates, and opposition periods to ensure compliance. * Liaise with attorneys, agents, and government trademark offices, including USPTO\-related procedures and international filings. * Assist in responding to office actions, oppositions, and inquiries from intellectual property offices. * Prepare documentation for trademark assignments, renewals, and recordals. * Conduct preliminary reviews of branding materials to ensure trademark availability and compliance. * Support enforcement actions by organizing evidence of use and infringement documentation. * Generate periodic reports on trademark portfolio status for management review. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Intellectual Property, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in trademark administration or intellectual property support roles. * Familiarity with USPTO processes and WIPO systems is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of trademark classification systems (Nice Classification). * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in IP docketing software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. **Key Competencies** * High accuracy in documentation and data management * Strong legal and procedural awareness in IP matters * Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously * Analytical thinking and problem\-solving skills * Professional communication with legal and governmental bodies * Discretion in handling confidential intellectual property data **Work Environment** This position is based in Lusail and operates within a structured intellectual property services environment supporting both domestic and international trademark portfolios.
