The successful candidate will develop digital strategies, oversee transformation projects, and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to achieve business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation strategy. * Lead digital innovation, process improvement, and technology adoption initiatives. * Manage cross\-functional transformation projects and change management efforts. * Collaborate with business and IT teams to align technology solutions with business goals. * Monitor project performance, budgets, and key performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). * Strong knowledge of digital technologies, enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and project management. * Proven leadership, strategic planning, change management, and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem\-solving abilities.
