The candidate should have extensive transformer expertise and the ability to supervise field teams while ensuring quality and safety standards. Requirements * Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EEE/E\&TC) * Minimum **10 years** of experience * Strong expertise in transformers * Minimum **5–6 years** of hands\-on transformer experience * Experience supervising transformer maintenance and testing activities * Good leadership and team management skills Work Location: In person
