Summary: We are seeking an experienced Facility Engineer with a strong MEP background to oversee maintenance and operation of facilities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Highlights: 1. Strong MEP background and facility management experience Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Facility Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP and previous experience in Facility Management (FM). They should also possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a valid UPDA Certification, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: \- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance needs \- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans \- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work \- Troubleshoot and resolve any facility\-related issues \- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations \- Create and maintain accurate records and reports for all facility\-related activities \- Manage and monitor the budget for facility maintenance and operations \- Provide leadership and guidance to the facility maintenance team \- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders \- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of facilities Requirements: \- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering \- Valid UPDA Certification \- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience \- Previous experience in Facility Management (FM) is required \- Strong MEP background \- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance \- Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills \- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills If you are a highly skilled and motivated Facility Engineer with a passion for maintaining high\-quality facilities, we want to hear from you!
