Overseeing the data model lifecycle **Head of Data Science** Role Overview: We are seeking a Head of Data Science to lead our data and advanced analytics strategy, build data science teams, and develop AI- and predictive analytics-driven solutions to support decision-making and enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: * Develop enterprise-wide data science strategy. * Lead data scientists and analysts team. * Build analytical and predictive models to support business decisions. * Oversee the Data Science Lifecycle. * Collaborate with IT, AI, and engineering teams. * Develop Machine Learning and AI-based solutions. * Manage data platforms and improve data quality. * Deliver insights and analytics to senior management. * Ensure data governance and compliance with standards. * Stay current with latest data science and AI technologies. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. * 8–12 years of experience in data science and analytics. * Leadership experience in building Data Science teams. * Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL. * Experience with technologies including: * Machine Learning * Deep Learning * Data Engineering * Experience with tools such as: * TensorFlow * PyTorch * Spark Required Skills: * Statistical analysis and modeling. * Leading data teams. * Solving complex problems. * Strategic thinking. * Communicating with stakeholders and executives. * Managing analytical projects.
