Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals Job Title: IT RecruiterJob Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results\-oriented **IT Recruiter** to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of IT professionals across various technologies. The role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced recruitment environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding. * Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms. * Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit. * Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients. * Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Negotiate salary, notice period, and employment terms with selected candidates. * Prepare and submit candidate profiles with detailed technical summaries. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements. * Track recruitment metrics, including time\-to\-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and interview\-to\-offer ratios. * Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and client requirements. * Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Coordinate offer management, documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities. Required Skills * Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment processes. * Experience recruiting for technologies such as Microsoft, Java, .NET, Oracle, SAP, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Cybersecurity, DevOps, Networking, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and ERP applications. * Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Dice, GulfTalent, and other recruitment platforms. * Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (for a Recruiter role). * 5\+ years of experience (for a Senior IT Recruiter role). * Experience in permanent hiring, contract staffing, and executive search is an advantage. * Experience recruiting for GCC is preferred.
