About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion techno\-functional role requires a strong blend of business process knowledge (Finance, HR, Supply Chain) and technical expertise to ensure seamless integrations, secure operations, and innovative extensions across our enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities * **Oracle Fusion Cloud:** Manage functional configurations, sandbox environments, quarterly updates, and BPM workflow automations. * **Security \& Governance:** Design and audit job roles, enforce least\-privilege principles, and manage SSO integrations via Entra ID. * **Application Extensions:** Build custom web/mobile apps using Oracle VBCS, Oracle JET, and JavaScript. * **Integrations:** Develop orchestrations with OIC adapters, manage connectivity agents, and handle complex XSLT transformations. * **Reporting \& Analytics:** Create BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and manage data loading via HDL/FBDI. * **Operations \& DevOps:** Oversee P2T refreshes, monitor system health, lead RCA for failures, and maintain technical documentation. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering. * 5–8\+ years of techno\-functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud environments. * Proven expertise in Oracle VBCS, JavaScript, SQL/PLSQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. * Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Security (RBAC) and Entra ID SSO. * Familiarity with at least two core modules (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.). Preferred Skills * Oracle Cloud Certifications (OIC, VBCS, Functional Essentials). * Experience with OCI components (Functions, Object Storage). * Knowledge of Python or Java for automation. * Exposure to Power BI integration via Oracle BICC.
