Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget **Job Summary:** A Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of projects by coordinating schedules, resources, communication, and documentation. They work closely with project managers, team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Assist in planning and organizing project activities. * Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones. * Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes. * Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders. * Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation. * Maintain project documentation, reports, and records. * Communicate with team members, vendors, clients, and stakeholders. * Identify project risks and escalate issues when necessary. * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project standards. * Support project managers in administrative and operational tasks. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. * 1–3 years of project coordination, administration, or related experience. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills * Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). * Problem\-solving and analytical abilities. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Team collaboration and stakeholder management skills. * Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Project milestones completed on schedule. * Accuracy and timeliness of project documentation. * Stakeholder satisfaction. * Budget tracking accuracy. * Effective communication and issue resolution.
