Ensure project compliance, quality, and risk mitigation **Overview:** The Project Manager at Marmi Engineering Co. W.L.L. is pivotal in driving the success of our construction and design projects. This role demands a dynamic leader who can blend customer requirements with our company goals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Strategy:** * Lead the initial planning and ongoing refinement of projects. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. * Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. **Budget Management:** * Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. * Track project costs to meet budgetary limits. * Conduct cost analysis, forecasting, and financial risk management. * Report and escalate to management as needed. **Team Leadership and Coordination:** * Direct and oversee project teams, assigning tasks and clarifying roles and responsibilities. * Promote teamwork and maintain a positive working environment, resolving any issues among project team members effectively. * Ensure resource availability and allocation. **Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:** * Maintain communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, adjustments, and progress. * Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met. **Quality and Compliance Management:** * Ensure project compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. * Implement quality assurance and quality control processes. **Risk Management:** * Identify project risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to mitigate risks while maximizing opportunities. **Project Documentation and Reporting:** * Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. * Prepare comprehensive project reports for management and stakeholders. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Proven working experience as a project manager in the construction/design sector. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools. * UPDA Certificate **Application Process:** * **Submit Your Application:** Apply through our online careers portal with your CV and cover letter. * **Review Process:** Applications will be reviewed to shortlist candidates. * **Interviews:** Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed to further assess their suitability. * **Offer:** Successful candidates will be offered the position to join our team.
