The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of **beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products** and be comfortable assisting customers, explaining products, conducting demonstrations, and providing personalized recommendations. **Job Responsibilities:** * Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Understand customers' beauty and skincare needs and recommend suitable products. * Provide detailed information about products, including benefits, ingredients, usage, and suitable applications. * Conduct **product demonstrations and consultations**. * Recommend suitable skincare and beauty routines based on customer needs. * Promote and represent the company's premium beauty and skincare brands. * Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new products and beauty trends. * Support product launches, promotional activities, events, demonstrations, and brand activations. * Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. * Maintain attractive and organized product displays. * Monitor product availability and coordinate with the team when replenishment is needed. * Assist with marketing and promotional activities when required. * Work toward assigned sales and customer service targets. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 2–3 years of experience** as a Beauty Advisor, Beauty Consultant, Skincare Consultant, or similar role. * Strong knowledge of **skincare, beauty products, cosmetics, and beauty treatments**. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Confident in conducting **product consultations and demonstrations**. * Professional, presentable, friendly, and confident when interacting with customers. * Passionate about beauty, skincare, and premium/luxury brands. * Previous experience with **professional skincare, cosmetics, or luxury beauty brands** is an advantage. * Previous experience in beauty retail or sales is preferred. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * **Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.** * Candidates currently in Qatar are preferred. **Benefits:** * **Competitive salary** * **Sales commission** * **Performance\-based bonuses** * Opportunities for **career growth and development** * Opportunity to work with **premium international beauty and skincare brands** *Important Application Requirement:* Please submit your **updated CV with a clear, recent professional photograph**. **CVs without a photograph will NOT be entertained or considered.** **Company:** GS Group Ltd **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Joining:** Immediate **Location:** Qatar Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR6,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
