This role is ideal for a design and marketing professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering compelling, high\-quality creative work. The Creative Director will oversee creative strategy, guide design and content teams, and ensure all outputs align with brand identity and client expectations. Key Responsibilities * Lead creative direction across campaigns, branding, and design projects. * Oversee creative teams including designers, writers, and content creators. * Develop innovative concepts and visual storytelling strategies. * Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all creative outputs. * Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns. * Review and approve creative materials and deliverables. * Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry innovations. * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. * Mentor and develop creative talent within the organization. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Proven experience in creative leadership roles within agencies or corporate environments. * Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and execution. * Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Proficiency in design tools and creative software.
