Position Overview * **Role:** * Quality Control Manager * **Location:** * Doha, Qatar (On\-site / Plant\-based) * **Schedule:** * Full\-time, Sunday through Thursday (Standard daytime operational hours with occasional shift oversight) * **Compensation:** * Highly competitive tax\-free base salary, commensurable with experience, plus annual performance bonuses. Core Responsibilities * Oversee day\-to\-day operations of the physical, chemical, microbiological, and sensory testing laboratories to validate incoming raw materials and finished superfood batches (Liboreiro, 2013\). * Design, implement, and maintain internal traceability systems and robust product recall protocols across all processing and marketing channels (Liboreiro, 2013\). * Lead regular internal compliance audits to verify absolute adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) frameworks (Liboreiro, 2013\). * Investigate and quickly resolve customer quality complaints, executing root\-cause analysis to implement permanent process adjustments (Liboreiro, 2013\). * Coordinate closely with local and international food law inspection agencies to ensure full alignment with updated statutory and regulatory mandates (Liboreiro, 2013\). * Spearhead regular quality control circles and training sessions with plant staff to foster an organizational culture centered on safety, productivity, and error reduction (Lima et al., 2025\).
