Job Summary: A Senior Reservoir Engineer is responsible for analyzing oil and gas reservoir performance using simulation and modeling software, developing and updating reservoir models, and evaluating reserves. Well performance monitoring and production enhancement plan recommendations Senior Reservoir Engineer Key Responsibilities: * Analyze oil and gas reservoir performance using simulation and modeling software. * Develop and update reservoir models to optimize development and production plans. * Evaluate oil and gas reserves and prepare technical reports. * Collaborate with drilling, production, and geology teams to improve extraction efficiency. * Monitor well performance and recommend enhanced oil recovery (EOR) / improved oil recovery (IOR) plans. * Conduct pressure transient studies, well testing, and dynamic data analysis. * Provide technical recommendations to management regarding the development of new and existing fields. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable energy sector regulations. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 10–15 years of experience in reservoir engineering, preferably with major oil and gas companies. * Experience with simulation software such as: * Eclipse * CMG * Petrel * Strong knowledge of reservoir management and production enhancement techniques. * Excellent analytical and technical skills. * Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
