Capture high-quality "Behind the Scenes" content during shoots. **About the Role** Gravvvity Marketing Solutions is looking for a dedicated **Assistant \& Equipment Manager** to join our production team. You will be the primary person responsible for the technical flow of our shoots—from organizing gear lists to ensuring every light is perfectly placed on set. This is a hands\-on role for someone who is highly organized and has a sharp eye for capturing the production process as it happens. **Key Responsibilities** * **Equipment Inventory \& Lists:** Create, manage, and verify detailed equipment lists for every order to ensure 100% readiness for production. * **On\-Set Setup:** Assist with location setup, including basic lighting rigs, camera assembly, and cable management. * **Gear Logistics:** Responsible for the organized transport, loading, and staging of all production equipment to and from locations. * **Maintenance \& Storage:** Oversee the equipment storage system, perform routine maintenance (cleaning, charging, firmware updates), and follow up on necessary gear upgrades. * **BTS Content Creation:** Actively capture high\-quality "Behind the Scenes" photo and video content during all shoots for our social media and brand storytelling. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * **Equipment Knowledge:** Solid understanding of professional cameras, lighting modifiers, and audio gear. * **Kit Discipline:** A high level of organization—knowing exactly where every cable, battery, and SD card is at all times. * **Technical Proactivity:** Ability to assist with lighting and set prep without constant supervision. * **BTS Capability:** Ability to frame and capture engaging behind\-the\-scenes content while simultaneously managing gear duties. * **Reliability:** Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our equipment.
