This role demands deep HVAC expertise, strong diagnostic abilities, and a guest\-focused approach to swiftly resolve issues and maintain optimal comfort. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor chiller plant equipment to maintain optimal performance \- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers and associated HVAC components \- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in chiller systems \- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to diagnose and repair issues \- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment for repairs and testing \- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and equipment status \- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime \- Coordinate with engineering team and hotel operations to schedule maintenance. \- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel protocols \- Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and recommend orders when needed.
