This role is ideal for a professional with strong storytelling abilities, production management expertise, and a passion for delivering high\-quality content. The Executive Producer / Director will oversee creative direction, production processes, and team coordination to ensure successful delivery of media projects. Key Responsibilities * Lead creative development and production of media projects. * Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution. * Direct creative teams, including writers, designers, and production staff. * Manage production schedules, resources, and deliverables. * Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with creative vision. * Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and partners. * Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches. * Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Support business development and content strategy initiatives. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field. * Proven experience in media production, directing, or executive producing. * Strong creative vision and storytelling skills. * Excellent leadership, project management, and communication abilities. * Familiarity with production tools, techniques, and workflows.
