Coordinate with Leasing and Finance teams **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related contractual documentation. * Ensure lease contracts are aligned with approved commercial terms, company policies, and regulatory requirements. * Calculate rent, security deposits, administrative fees, and payment schedules. * Manage lease renewals, amendments, addendums, and terminations. * Maintain accurate contract records, audit trails, and supporting documentation. * Coordinate with Leasing and Finance teams to ensure contract accuracy and compliance. * Support internal and external audits related to leasing and contractual records. **Requirements:** * Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Real Estate, or a related field. * 5–8 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or property management. * Experience within real estate or leasing environments is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of contract management, lease documentation, compliance, and financial calculations. * Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS). * Contract Management Certification is an advantage. * Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
